The B5 Panthenol Re-Barrier Cream's hero ingredient is 10% panthenol, which works to strengthen your skin barrier and hydrate skin, locking in moisture for long term hydration. Centella Asiatica helps to soothe and heal skin, while niacinamide works to fade pigmentation and reinforce the barrier.
