Black Friday sales: Packing your orders and courier delivery will take longer than usual - delivery may be delayed up to 5 business days.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment, excluding pre-orders (such as The Glow Box) and during sale periods. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following week. We ship throughout South Africa using express courier delivery (via The Courier Guy), though deliveries to outlying areas may take a day or two longer to arrive.
Orders below R1000 are charged a flat rate shipping fee of R90 for door to door courier shipping. Shipping usually takes 1 - 3 business days for main centres, and 3 - 5 business days for outlying areas.
Orders above R1000 will receive free courier shipping.
Please be sure to provide us with a daytime address where someone will be available to receive your parcel between 08h00 and 17h00. Our couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays - orders dispatched on Fridays will be delivered the following weekday, excluding public holidays.

SALES: Please note we cannot refund, cancel, or accept returns for products purchased on sale (this includes Glow Friday sales).
In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of purchase. The item(s) must be unused and unopened, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense. We will either replace the item or issue a store credit to you, depending on preference.
For damaged goods on arrival, please email us immediately upon receipt at email@example.com and we will assist you.
If you have received the incorrect items in your order, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of the items so we can assist.
On items that are not damaged, we will issue a store credit as a refund.
Please note that we cannot issue refunds if you do not like a product after using it, or if you have an allergic reaction to it. Unfortunately anyone can be sensitive to anything, and as such we endeavour to list all ingredients on the website, publish both positive and negative product reviews, and encourage you to check these and order travel sizes where possible if you are prone to reactions to skincare products.
If you would like to cancel your order prior to dispatch, we will offer a full store credit or a refund with the PayFast processing fees we are charged subtracted.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of used or opened cosmetics, makeup or beauty accessories. Please patch test before use and discontinue use immediately if the product does not agree with you.
Items bought on sale cannot be refunded.
