A bi-phase brightening toner built on a 72.49% rice seed water base delivering nearly 2% tranexamic acid, 2% niacinamide, and glutathione in a lightweight, non-greasy formula that fades dark spots, evening out tone, and hydrates all in a single step.

At these active concentrations, this toner is doing more than a typical toning step. Tranexamic acid at 19,800ppm and niacinamide at 20,000ppm are both at meaningfully effective levels — not token inclusions — and they approach pigmentation through different mechanisms, making them more effective together than either would be alone. The rice seed water base isn't just a texture choice: rice is naturally rich in amino acids, inositol, vitamins B and E, and a compound called ferulic acid, all of which contribute to brightening, antioxidant protection, and skin softening. Macadamia oil, squalane, and sodium hyaluronate round out the formula with barrier-supportive hydration that keeps the brightening work from feeling harsh or stripping.
