If the Spicule Retinol PDRN Cream is the exfoliating, resurfacing, cell-renewal treatment, this one is its plumping, firming counterpart. The delivery technology is the same: 1,000ppm of marine micro-spicules (roughly 90,000 to 100,000 per 15g tube, each 1/40th the size of a pore) create temporary micro-channels on application, producing a brief gentle tingle, then allowing what follows to penetrate significantly deeper than standard topical application.

This formula uses French low-molecular-weight marine collagen at 3,000ppm, hydrolysed to a size that can travel through the spicule-created micro-channels and actually deposit into the skin rather than simply sitting on the surface. Once there, it works on skin volume and structural plumpness — the kind of softening and deflation that happens gradually with age as the skin's own collagen network breaks down. This cream is specifically addressing that. Clinically, it has been shown to increase skin volume by 119.21% and improve barrier function by 111.72% after four weeks, and to improve elasticity by over 104%. CICA PDRN and the Safe 4X Formula (2% panthenol, ceramide NP, hyaluronic acid, allantoin) round out the formula with the same calming and barrier-supportive layer as the Retinol version.
