As Glow Theory continues to grow, we’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator to help bring our brand story, products, and skincare philosophy to life online.
About the Role
We’re seeking a Social Media Content Creator who lives and breathes skincare, trends, and digital storytelling. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging, on-brand content across our social platforms, helping to build community, drive awareness, and support sales. You'll be working closely with our marketing team to generate ideas and grow our digital presence.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the K-beauty space, loves experimenting with content formats, and can translate skincare knowledge into scroll-stopping visuals and videos.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and edit high-quality content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and others

Develop short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) including product showcases, routines, tutorials, and trend-based content

Photograph and film products in line with Glow Theory’s aesthetic

Stay up to date with social media trends, K-beauty launches, and skincare conversations

Collaborate on content calendars and campaign planning (product launches, promotions, seasonal themes)
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience creating content for social media (brand or personal skincare/beauty accounts)

Strong interest in skincare and K-beauty trends

Comfortable being on camera or directing on-camera content

Video editing and photography skills

A good eye for aesthetics, lighting, and composition

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Bonus: experience with skincare education, UGC-style content, or influencer collaborations
