We are now accepting orders and are able to ship all products as normal during level 3. We have received an unprecedented amount of orders over the last month and are feeling both incredibly grateful and a little overwhelmed.
We are still working without the majority of our packing staff, in order to ensure their safety and that of their families, as well as yours. In addition, our courier is currently experiencing a huge influx of deliveries as more stores turn to e-commerce. This means that our usual turn around time for dispatch and delivery of orders is going to be slower than you are used to, while we try to catch up with the order backlog and work with limited resources. Please allow a few extra days for dispatch and delivery during this time. We aim to have your products dispatched within 5 working days after the order is placed (this timeframe of course excludes weekends and public holidays). You will also receive an email with tracking information once it has been dispatched.
Your safety is our priority, and so we are continuing to adhere to strict hygiene practices in our packing space, and are streamlining our dispatch processes to limit any unnecessary interactions or contact with your orders. We are also actively working to resolve the delays we are currently experiencing, including soon moving to new office space to allow for more staff and adherence to social distancing guidelines for them.
