The Heimish Marine Care Cream Toner is a highly moisturising milky toner that leaves the skin supple and glowing.

Think of this as a bottle of liquid cream moisturiser, with the hydration of a toner and moisturising ability of a cream. This cream toner is formulated with marine water, meadowfoam seed oil, and niacinamide to boost your skin's moisture level while fortifying the skin barrier right after cleansing. Suitable for all skin types but especially those who need an extra boost of moisture.

Apply with the hands directly after cleansing. Gently press into skin and follow with serum, moisturiser, and SPF. Can be used morning and / or night.
